1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish (or line with parchment).

2. Blend the Batter

  • In a blender or bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and oats.
  • Blend or whisk until mostly smooth (small oat bits are fine).
  • Stir in optional cinnamon, vanilla, or salt.

3. Bake to Perfection

  • Pour into prepared dish.
  • Top with berries or banana slices (if using).
  • Bake:
    • 8×8 pan40–45 minutes
    • 9×13 pan30–35 minutes
  • Until edges are golden and center is just set (no jiggle).

4. Serve Warm

  • Let cool 5–10 minutes (it firms up as it cools).
  • Serve with:
    • Maple syrup or honey
    • Extra fruit
    • Greek yogurt or whipped cream
