1. Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish (or line with parchment).
2. Blend the Batter
- In a blender or bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and oats.
- Blend or whisk until mostly smooth (small oat bits are fine).
- Stir in optional cinnamon, vanilla, or salt.
3. Bake to Perfection
- Pour into prepared dish.
- Top with berries or banana slices (if using).
- Bake:
- 8×8 pan: 40–45 minutes
- 9×13 pan: 30–35 minutes
- Until edges are golden and center is just set (no jiggle).
4. Serve Warm
- Let cool 5–10 minutes (it firms up as it cools).
- Serve with:
- Maple syrup or honey
- Extra fruit
- Greek yogurt or whipped cream
